I’m Ines Kaps, welcome to my website. In 20 years of management consulting I have seen quite some highs and lows – both in small, mid-sized firms, running my own business as well as working for a big4 consulting firm.

Consulting is an amazing, thrilling, versatile and exciting industry AND divers teams are more successful.

With a network of communication and negotiation experts as well as consulting role models, my mission is to help consulting firms to retain their female talents and to support women in consulting to thrive in their career.

I will be serving you based on my values:

What else do you need to know about me?
I am married to the best husband in the world and I enjoy travelling, running, cooking … and changing my hairstyle (a lot). I am loving my life and with this coaching platform I am making a dream come true.

WHY DOES MANAGEMENT CONSULTING NEED MORE FEMALE LEADERS?

Digitalisation and Industry 4.0 are disruptive forces both to business models and organisations. Companies need be capable to react faster to change and integrate technology even more into their DNA. A study by McKinsey in 2017 showed that companies how had diverse teams and leaders outperformed their industry peers financially with a likelihood of 21%. At the very root of the digitalisation and industry 4.0 you find projects where technology, IT, business models and people meet. Women leading these projects will find amazing career opportunities. Consulting firms being able to match the diversity of their clients will come up with more innovative and client centric solutions – because they will understand their clients better. My vision is to support women to be confident in complex situations, relaxed in dealing with conflicts and at ease in showcasing their results and successes.

HOW AM I HELPING?

My coaching focuses on how the individual can empower themselves to help the organisation. I specialise in promotion preparation. This means understanding your key values and dreams, sharpening your subject matter expertise, understanding how to become visible and build a professional network and creating and negotiating a strong business case for your next promotion.

Being all that is possible, first of all, is being curious.
