The Challenge
Implementation of an integrated budgeting system; integrating sales and production planning as well as headcount, investment, P&L and Cash Flow planning; increasing the transparency of the inter-company consolidation process.
My Role
Project Manager and Business Consultant:
- Successfully led a multi-cultural team and managed the project in time and in budget.
- Defined the business case and developed the project plan.
- Coordinated the sub-team leads and lead several C-level meetings with the directors of the involved companies.
- Defined critical success factors and identified and managed potential risk factors.
